REsimpli is our intended customer-management destination; when connected, inquiry information may be sent there securely to support follow-up.

Google Analytics may use cookies and process information about pages visited, browser and device characteristics, and interactions with the site. We use these reports to improve the website. We do not intentionally send inquiry form contents, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to Google Analytics. The hosting service may process technical request information for website operation and security. The inquiry endpoint uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit abuse. These rate-limit records expire after their time window and are removed during subsequent submissions. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system guarantees absolute security.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiries as needed to respond, manage requested property updates, and meet legitimate recordkeeping requirements. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information or stop property updates by contacting us. We will honor applicable requirements and explain any necessary retention.
